Interview Questions:
o Tell us about yourself
o What are three positives a past employer or a teacher would say about you?
o Describe a time when you have had to handle a difficult situation, customer or work colleague in the past.
o What would you describe as your best skill strengths?
· Their answers should include their key points, links to current examples of demonstrating those skills and ways these skills would be relevant in the job they are applying for.
· You will provide them with some feedback after the final question and give them some insight into how they could improve their responses, body language and preparation for future interviews.
· An evaluation sheet is attached and a copy of the job ads. Hopefully a teacher will sit in with you and do the evaluation sheet as you conduct the interview with them.
· In the event that I am unable to supply a second interviewer, a teacher will be floating in the room for support if needed.
