My name is Bec and I am a wellbeing coach at a new program called Steps to Wellbeing, a national community health and wellbeing organisation. A free Wellbeing Coaching Program – Neami Steps to Wellbeing - is funded by the Eastern Primary Health Network as part of their stepped care model for Mental Health, which could be a helpful resource for your community. Free sessions consist of 6 x 1 hour wellbeing coaching sessions can take place in person at one of our three locations – Heidelberg, Blackburn or Croydon, over the phone or web. We have access to interpreters to support people from diverse communities. This program, delivered by Neami National, will be offering short-term wellbeing coaching to people who reside in the North, Inner East and Outer East region of Melbourne, who are: - over 16yrs, - experiencing Increased life stressors - experiencing signs of anxiety and/or depression - not already connected with community or clinical mental health services.
