- Ian Toohill: Update re Japan exchange program with Montmorency S/C – all going very well. A sailing weekend planned if anyone would like to join him.
- Ann Lynch: Let Ann know if able to volunteer with traffic management on Sat 24 and Sun 25 February. Rotary will assist if enough people available.
- Dale Atkins: Update on Aquabox. Had packing day and packed 58 boxes. Now waiting on confirmation of destinations.
- Jules Aussems: Thanks to Mens’ Shed for assisting with packing.
- Jill Ramsay: Have feedback on festival from 20 x members as well as vendors, stallholders and general community. New festival director (Dale Atkins) - planning starts in April. John Roberts taking over Aquabox and Michael Martin will be Treasurer.
- Alison Cooper: Two sheets circulated – Victorian Guide Dogs event at Docklands (see Gary Williams), and ‘Home Invasion’ on Wed 24 January at Kilkullens’ to support Rotary Health. $30 plus salad or dessert. Xmas party next week at Heidelberg Golf Club. $50 plus a teddy bear and a $10 unisex KK gift.
- Kevin Hadingham: Fundraiser for Foundation on Sun 11 Feb at Hardimans’ at Rye. Need to source prizes for raffles if anyone can help.
- Mike Englefield: Orders closing for Xmas hams. $100 or $55 for half ham.
- Alan McCleary: DVLC selling Xmas trees so please support them if you’re looking for a tree.
